Mabel Lee Jones, born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana always had a passion for cookings great meals for her family, friends, and people in need. Her family is continuing her legacy as Mabel would always say "Food brings people together".

Our Signature Dishes are curated without smoke turkey meat, pork, or beef.

All of our ingredients, sauces, mixes, and batter are dairy free except for your delicious mac & cheese.

Creole food are more so cuisines that has different mixes which may include tomatoes or tomato base. Where as Cajun is a about the flavoring, the seasoning, and the blend of spices that curate a defining taste.

Comfort food lovers, health conscience foodies, pescatarians, vegetarian, and vegans. People who appreciate great service and great food.

Yes. Mabel’s provides catering and private dining experiences for corporate events, team gatherings, client appreciation, and executive meetings. Corporate requests are handled through our event inquiry form to ensure proper planning and availability.

In most cases, no. Our inquiry form is designed to gather all necessary details to create your proposal without a call. If additional clarification is needed, we will reach out after your request has been reviewed.

After serving the Houston Rockets, the influx of private event requests has been incredible, but challenging to fulfill while continuing Friday pop-ups and growing our Mabel Sauce. Because of this, now is the right time to focus on Mabel Sauce distribution and private events. We are also blessed to move into this next chapter with gratitude to be booked through the end of February 2026 and to work with the Houston Rockets again for post-game meals for the month of January.
