Mabel Lee Jones, born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana always had a passion for cookings great meals for her family, friends, and people in need. Her family is continuing her legacy as Mabel would always say "Food brings people together".

Using spices and technique to flavor classic dishes without smoke turkey meat, pork, or beef.

All of our ingredients, sauces, mixes, and batter are dairy free except for your delicious mac & cheese.

Creole food are more so cuisines that has different mixes which may include tomatoes or tomato base. Where as Cajun is a about the flavoring, the seasoning, and the blend of spices that curate a defining taste.

Comfort food lovers, health conscience foodies, pescatarians, vegetarian, and vegans.
